Born on 1964 in Sicily and raised in Piedmont.

He’s married with Gianna and together they have two children.

...after a long and prestigious former career as HEAD WAITER, I decided in the beginning of 2007 to put myself into the position of HEAD CHEF.

A self-taught Chef, I tend to spoil my guests by transmitting them all the gastronomic experiences I lived, the obsessive knowledge of the products we choose, the study of new techniques and obviously an infinite will and sacrifice.

As a real artisan, passion is everywhere present when cooking and there is no greater pleasure for me when I read into my customer’s eyes their satisfaction. Since I know what a Head Waiter is, I like wandering between tables and to talk with my guests to better know their tastes and to suggest the most appropriate receipt for them.
